Troy and The Odyssey

1. After reading The Odyssey and viewing Troy, did your view of Odysseus' character change? Why?

2. What makes a good leader? Use examples from the two sources to back your claim.

3. Why do you suppose students are still reading the Illiad  (which is the epic poem Troy is based off of) and The Odyssey in schools across America?

4. Write a reaction of your own about the film and/or The Odyssey.
